Thank you for choosing DeLoor Nails! Before booking an appointment, please read our policies below.
PAYMENTS
We require that all appointments be secured by prepayment with a 50% deposit for the appointment. Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received and processed.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

YOU CAN CANCEL/RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
Your appointments are very important to us, and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment only by going online or over the phone. Notice via text or voicemail is not accepted and will not be considered as a valid rescheduling of your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

To maintain the high standards of services, we want to bring your attention to our late arrivals policy:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. We cannot extend service times for late arrivals.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for all late arrivals. Or modify initially booked services (including add-ons or specific gel nail colors) without a price reduction.
  • Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show or canceled
